Fun, fun, fun...that's what we like to have in our pool store. All
work and no play made Jack a dull boy...remember? Well, Jack got a
pool and he's having a ball now! We've set Jack up with a full array
of automated systems to control his chemicals, pool cleaning, heat,
and equipment. We even stuck a pool alarm on there, as well as,
fitting his pool for a safety cover so he doesn't have to worry
about the kiddies anymore during the season or off-season. Jack's a
new man! With all his fun pool lounges, pool games, and his outdoor
kitchen...it's a whole new atmosphere at the Inn!

Information and Troubleshooting
Family Pools prides itself in its knowledge. We have a full-time,
year round staff who specializes in pools. This is our life! We
dedicate ourselves to keeping up with industry standards, new
products, new technology and combining that with experience gained.
This we are happy to share with you so that you can enjoy your

It would be way too easy if everyone liked to use the same
chemical system.
My life would be boring. I wouldn't know what to do with myself. For that
reason, we train our staff in the ways of old and the ways of new. Everyone has
their own lifestyle with their own schedules and we try to find a program best
suited for you.
We also realize that even though many things change, some people are very
comfortable with their old way of caring for their pools and that's just fine.
You also have to choose a system suited for your pool. Some of the older pool
systems cannot adapt to some of the newer chemicals. Often, we find people
listening to their neighbors, friends, and co-workers and receiving poor advice
for their pools, sometimes resulting in bleached or burned vinyl liners,
scaling, or corroded equipment.
We ask that you graciously take your friend's advice, as I'm sure they mean
well, and run it by us before tormenting your pool. After all, we love pools
here! If you're not totally happy with your pool system or care to learn about

I believe I mentioned previously, only about a million times,

then you've come to the right place. Yes, we take our jobs seriously
but you have to like them too sooooooo...it's got to be fun!
We do our homework in the winter to seek and find new and fun items each and
every year. We buy from multiple manufacturers such as Swimline, Swimways, Sunco,
Primetime, USA Pool & Toy, Texas Recreation, Mutual Sales, Poolmaster, Swimsafe,
Big Time Toys, Finis, Huffy, Pool Shot, Game, and even more to provide you with
a variety of items for your pool entertainment and relaxation. Items include:

Parts, parts, and more parts.
There is a whole lot more than what you see in our retail store. Behind those
doors that we run in and out of, we stock a full warehouse out back plus a full
warehouse upstairs, plus three garages outside. Let's just say, we stock what we
can. Obviously, we can't stock it all given all the different brands of pumps,
filters, heaters, cleaners, lights, etc. out there but we do receive truck
deliveries daily and, if you are in need of a part that we don't have in stock,
we can most likely get it for you within a few days. We stock:

We install literally hundreds of liners
yearly! All installations are done by our own experienced crews. Come in and
pick up a brochure or choose from the many color samples in our store. If you
think it might be getting close to liner time...we encourage you to book early.

We carried Little
Giant cover pumps twenty-five years ago and guess what?...we still carry them
now. They don't seem to wear out. We have three different sizes:
- 1-AA-18 pumping 200 gph
- 5MSP pumping 1200 gph
- 5APCP also pumping 1200 gph but with an automatic shut-off, perfect for
use with safety covers!
We also stock the small plastic parts attached to the pumps such as screen,
impellers, and hose connectors.
Safety
first! We carry a broad line of safety swim aids for the kids including vests,
floatation swimsuits, floatation belts, back floats, arm bands, swim sweaters,
and more. The packaging is conveniently labeled for you in level increments so
you can follow a progression in teaching your child to swim.
We also have helpful Learn to Swim DVDs.
We carry safety signs, Life Hooks with poles, Safety Lines to separate the
low end from the deep, USCG Approved Life Rings, and Rescue Tubes Baby-Loc
safety fences. We have samples on display in our store. Available with or
without installation.
Pool Alarms-Our most popular is the Pool Guard alarm followed by the Safety
Turtle. We would be glad to give you information about either.
We provide a number of selections including
Baby-Loc Removable Fencing.
We sell equipment of all makes and models. We would be happy to consult with
you on which product would best suit your needs and your pool. It is important
to size your equipment properly for your pool and it is more cost efficient not
to oversize it. Some people are still under the impression that bigger is better
in pump size and that's not always the case. Proper is always the best option.
