Our parts department stocks over 1000 parts and would be glad to special order any other parts or products you may need whenever possible. Trained specialists provide cleaning, inspection, and repair of filters, pumps, motors, Polaris, Letro, & Pool Vac automatic cleaners, Caretaker water valves, multiport valves, and more.

Family Pools offers shop repairs in both of our locations, Lawrence, MA and Kingston, NH. If we can fix it, we would be glad to. We stock parts for many pumps, motors, filters, and automatic cleaners. We are able to order many other parts that we, unfortunately, do not stock. Occasionally, we come across parts that we are unable to stock. Our suppliers are impressed with our inventory and tell us that we stock more than most. We try our best to be as helpful as possible and to accommodate as many consumers as we can.

Below is a list of some of the shop repair services that we provide. This is a list of the more common jobs. Please feel free to ask us about any service that you think can be completed in house and…if we can, we will. The only thing we try to avoid is to work on products that we do not sell or recommend only because we are not as familiar with those products and our intention is to give you the best level of service possible. Don’t be afraid to ask about anything though. If we can’t fix it, maybe we can steer you in the right direction.

Sometimes, with motor repairs especially, our customers do not feel comfortable disconnecting the item in question in order to bring it to the shop for repair. Some jobs, such as bearing replacement, must be done in the shop rather than on the job site. Therefore, we will, for a reasonable fee, pick up a pump and motor to be fixed and deliver the repaired product back once complete.

Hopefully, we’ve been able to give you some insight as to what is possible in our shop. We don’t wish you there soon but if you need us…we’ll be there!
